Day in the Life:

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis supports and contributes to the timely delivery of accurate financial results and analysis.  This individual will support the corporate FP&A team by providing regular as well as ad hoc performance reporting and financial analysis.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide regular management reports and forecast updates on expenses, working with the business teams to understand variances and build action plans.
  • Support the month end close process to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Support business partners with detailed financial analysis
  • Support the planning process and ongoing profit improvement initiatives
  • Prepares various management reports
  • Prepares Board of Directors presentations
  • Supports special/ad hoc projects as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a finance/FP&A role
  • Highly driven and results oriented individual
  • Strong analytical, financial and quantitative skills
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hyperion experience
  • Team & customer-focused
  • Good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior management and across numerous departments
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time
