What This Position Is All About:

The eCommerce Reporting Analyst provides operational, reporting and administrative support to the Fulfillment Center. The Analyst will be responsible for extraction, storage and manipulation of data from multiple sources to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for distribution to management. This role will also be required to provide administrative/financial support to the Ecommerce team.

You Also Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain
  • 2+ years of related or progressive  work experience in production analysis, reporting, operations and administration
  • Experience in distribution operations is considered an asset
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google/MS Suite with a heavy focus on slicing data using Excel
  • Organized and detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines                                                 


 As the eCommerce Reporting Analyst you will:

  • Compile and distribute all existing Ecommerce fulfillment reports
  • Monitor data and report for trends, identify areas of concern or opportunity, and develop recommendations for action
  • Manage travel planning and reconciliation of expenses for DC Management
  • Maintain/update WMS systems
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of building events
  • Maintain the GL and related accounting expenses/reports, including P-Card
  • Process invoices and submit monthly accruals to Finance team
  • Maintain petty cash in accordance with Company Policies
  • Other support/administrative duties as required
